I had every intention of posting this weeks ago, but life has gotten the better of me!

As I mentioned here, I decided to split up my 2018 goals by month, and January's priority is health. 

Before the wedding, I was in a pretty good rhythm of working out AND eating well, but after the wedding...it all went out the door; lots of cookies, wine, pizza, you name it. It resulted in me gaining back some weight which is never fun. 

January 2018 Goals

- Eat mostly paleo

- Add in 1 cardio workout a week in addition to my normal FlyBarre classes

-Participate in the FlyWheel / FlyBarre challenge

- Try 2 new workouts

-Buy 2-3 new workout outfits (not really a goal, but necessary)

-Read 2 books about health

-Try 2 new vegetables 

So, that's it! I feel like all of these are really doable, and I'm hoping that reminding myself that consistency is my 2018 word will keep the momentum going all year long.
