Happy July. I know everyone is saying this, but I honestly cannot believe we are half way through the year. It feels like the older I get, the fast time goes, which, at times, is a little scary.
July is surly going to come and go quickly especially with so many fun activities planned including a family vacation to Florida.
This month, I turn 30, which is actually really exciting for me. In my 20s, so many life changes happened... college, death of a parents, the start and end of a business, marriage and so much more. I'm sure there will still be quite a few life changes in my 30s, but I feel like I'm starting to finally hit my stride.
It's actually a new quarter which means I need to order my new focus planner. (More on that in another blog.) With that, I do have a few quick and easy goals for the month.
- Meditate daily
- Hit 10k steps a day
- Read 4 books
- Average 5 workouts a week
- Knock some items off my Summer Bucket List
I'm honestly keeping it a little light since my routine will be a little wonky with vacation. What about you? Do you set goals for the month?
